Vaastu Tattva was born from a deeply personal experience. After facing challenges in both myhome and factory, I realized how profoundly the energy of a space can influence every aspect oflife—our health, relationships, peace of mind, and business success. That experience became aturning point, inspiring me to move away from a successful corporate career and dedicate myself tounderstanding the science of Vaastu and energy alignment.
What began as a personal journey evolved into a mission: to make the ancient wisdom of Vaastumore technical, practical, and relevant for modern homes, offices, and factories. The objective wasnever to promote rigid beliefs or expensive structural changes, but to provide logical, effective, andnon-invasive solutions (no breakage, no demolition) that create balance and positive energy withina space.
Today, Vaastu Tattva works with homeowners, business owners, architects, and developers tocreate environments that support growth, harmony, and well-being. By integrating traditionalVaastu principles with a technical and energy-based approach, we help optimize spaces withoutunnecessary demolition or redesign. We also collaborate closely with architects during theplanning and design stages to ensure layouts are naturally more Vaastu-compliant whilemaintaining functionality and aesthetics.

With over 23 years of experience in the Real Estate and Retail industries, combined with5 years of in-depth expertise in energy sciences, Bhuvan Bhasin is a CertifiedInternational Vaastu Consultant and Technical Vaastu Consultant.
His journey into Vaastu was not driven by theory—it was inspired by personalexperience. Challenges he encountered in his own home and factory led him to explorethe profound impact of energies on people, spaces, and businesses. What began as asearch for answers eventually became a calling, prompting him to transition from asuccessful corporate career to becoming an Energy Vaastu Consultant. Sometimes,personal experiences become the catalyst for life’s most meaningful transformations.
Today, Bhuvan follows a unique technical approach to Vaastu. By carefully evaluating aproperty’s layout, he identifies how the space influences the lives of its occupants.Rather than asking clients about the problems they face, he first analyzes the property’senergy patterns and accurately reveals the issues the home or workplace is creating.Clients are often amazed by the accuracy of his findings, which are based entirely on thelayout and energy assessment.
